'Cafe Mondegar' is a graphic story illustrated for Gaysi's Graphic Zine anthology No.4 (2015). Written by Vivek Tejuja, the piece was a wonderful challenge to illustrate.

 

A personal narrative talking about one of his earliest sexual experiences, the brief was to bring the atmosphere of this tentative illictness to life while also keeping true to the emotions of a young man. This being my absolute first published piece, Cafe Mondegar and Gaysi remain very close to my heart.
